• First off, anyone is any photo or video on sharing is sexy must have all their 2257 documentation on file with us. Even if its only the back of their head in a photo.

• Here are the steps:

• first, login with your account info.

• create an image gallery. in the right hand menu, go to administer->image galeries. click "add gallery". put in the title of your gallery, usuall "Name - Set Name".

for weight, for now, select a high number, like 9, so it goes to the bottom of the page because it'll be empty for a bit.

• ftp upload your images. use a program such as Filezilla to ftp your images.

Open filezilla, and connect to electra.dreamhost.com. Get the pwd from one of us on the phone. Go to this folder on the remote server:

sharingissexy/imageimport

make a new folder for your images. Upload them into that folder.

• go to administer->image import. check the box to the left of all the images you want to upload. the oder of the images in the gallery is alphabetical by title, so we often name them aa, ab, ac...ba, bb, bc... etc, to make sure they're in order the way we want. you can type in a title for each image on this page.

select the image gallery you just created.

hit the import button! wait a few minutes, it takes time, and you should see the same page reloaded with a confirmation message for each image.

• UNpublish the imported images

go to administer->content. check the box to the left of each of the images you just uploaded. in the menu above the titles, choose "unpublish" and click the update button.

• print the new images, including the urls

go to administer->content. here you can see the unpublished images. click the title for each one to get to its page, and print that page so that you have a printout of the image and the url in the corner. for images with multiple people, print one copy for each person.

• take the docs to our record keeping location

take all the printouts to the rose. put them in the folder with the person's 2257 docs.

• make the images public, add a statement about the new content

go to administer->content. click the box to the left of all the images you want to put up. select "published" in the drop down right above the titles. click the update button.

click "create content" in the menu. click "story". add a title for your new announcement and a blurb. include a link to the new gallery and a small image from the gallery. add some tags describing the gallery. hit submit. you're done! it should be on the front page now!
